  • Comune di Vicenza

    Vicenza is an Italian town of 113,599 inhabitants, located in the Region of Veneto. It is the fourth municipality in the region by population and the fifth most densely populated.
    Vicenza Participation Department has been established by the new administration, elected in May 2013, in order to strength a citizens and local public administration capacity building on local policies making. Working together with the Twinning Dept., that has a consolidated capacity on implementing cultural exchanges.
    Vicenza will lead the project, coordinating and monitoring the activities.

  • Stadt Pforzheim

    Pforzheim (117,000 inhabitants) is located at the gateway to the Black Forest between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. The town maintains close contacts to 8 partner cities, two of which already exist since 1989.
    The Department for Europe and Twinning has extensive experience in international exchange and citizens meetings. Every year, over 50 meetings are supported in which up to 800 citizens are participating. The departments for Youth, Education, Integration, Culture, Social Affairs and Urban planning of the city of Pforzheim will be involved in the exchange.
    The Municipality of Pforzheim will organise the 3rd of the 5 International Events and will participate with its representatives to all other events.

  • Municipiul Arad

    ARAD is the capital city of the Arad County, located in the Western part of Romania and having a population of 147,992 inhabitants.
    Arad is member of AVEC – “The Alliance of European Cultural Cities” since 2003. AVEC was established in 1997 as the European network of historical cities and territories and it has 34 members. Their goal is building up Europe composed of regions and based on respecting differences and promoting exchange among cultures.
    The Municipality of Arad will participate with its representatives, such as representatives of the Public Body, local NGOs and Citizens Organizations, to all international events that the consortium will host.

  • Gemeentebestuur Heist-op-den-Berg

    Heist-op-den-Berg is a medium-sized municipality (41.000 inhabitants) situated in the Northern region of Belgium. Municipalities, as the governance level which is the closest to the citizens, are by Decree assigned to contribute to the wellbeing of citizens on the local level and to develop the municipal territories in a sustainable way.
    Heist-op-den-Berg has developed a lot of services and initiatives in the field of sustainability and integration often with the involvement of young people.
    The Municipality of Heist-op-den-Berg will host the 1st International Event, focusing on the state of the art on Integration within the partnership

  • Obcina Sentjur

    Šentjur Municipality is among the largest municipalities in Slovenia with around 20.000 inhabitants. The Municipality is very active in domestic as well as international cooperation. From 2006 Šentjur is town-twinning with two municipalities, which started cooperation 25 years ago, the Municipality of Saint-Florent-sur-Cher from France and the Municipality of Neu Anspach from Germany. Municipality of Šentjur is also town-twinning with the Municipality of Požega from Serbia, where official cooperation started in 2010 while unofficial cooperation is much older.
    Šentjur peculiarities will be shared with all consortium partners, in fact the city will participate with its representative, such as representatives of the Public Body, local NGOs and Citizens Organizations, to all international events that the consortium will host

  • Gozo College – Education, Science and Culture Centre

    The Gozo College is in charge of eleven Primary Schools and two Secondary Schools.The College community strives to guarantee holistic and diversified lifelong education, in inclusive, caring, and rich environments for the learners, the teaching and administrative staff, parents, and other stakeholders, in an attempt to empower all learners attain their full potential to meet the constant demands of educational, scientific, and technological developments, in preparation for the world of work.
    The Gozo College will take care of all local activities, first of all with young students support and collaboration.

  • Gmina Niepolomice

    The Municipality of Niepolomice is a local public authority, one of the fastest developing in Poland, famous for its innovative approach to all kinds of activities, including economic development, infrastructure, culture, etc.
    The spectre of activities of the commune is very broad and includes virtually every life sphere, such as infrastructure, spatial planning, social welfare, culture, sport, education, etc.
    Niepolomice peculiarities will be shared with all consortium partners, in fact the city will participate with its representative, such as representatives of the Public Body, local NGOs and Citizens Organizations, to all international events that the consortium will host.

  • Ayuntamiento de l’Alfàs del Pi

    L’Alfas del Pi is a municipality situated in the Valencia Region, located in the province of Alicante, with a census of 21,964 inhabitants (2012), of which 12,846 are foreign residents, which means more than half of the population. Being Norwegian, English and Dutch colonies important, L’Alfàs del Pi is the second Norwegian colony, after London, with over 2.500 Norwegian inhabitants plus those living temporarily.
    Alfas del Pi services: ‘sun and beach tourism’, ‘slow tourism’, extensive complementary offer in culture, sports tourism, health tourism, heritage and a service sector on gastronomy, trade, campsites and hotels, will be some of the themes proposed during the International event that will be host in Spain.

  • Craigavon Borough Council

    Craigavon Borough Council is the local government body responsible for the delivery of social, economic and cultural well-being in our region of Northern Ireland.
    Craigavon Borough Council peculiarities will be shared with all consortium partners, in fact the council representatives will participate with city’e representatives, such as local NGOs and Citizens Organizations, to all international events that the consortium will host, choosing for each event the best representatives in order to bring its specific contribution to the specific topics.

  • Grad Pula – Pola

    Pula is the largest town in the Istrian peninsula and Istrian Region, with about 70,000 inhabitants and also a modern urban and economic centre, with good traffic links. It disposes of all required infrastructure, logistic and accommodation facilities, so that organisationally demanding meetings can take place in Pula. The Municipality of Pola will organise the 4th of the 5 International Events and will participate with its representatives to all other events.

  • City of Rijeka

    Rijeka is the principal seaport and the third-largest city in Croatia, and has a population of 128,624 inhabitants. The City Council is the representative body of the citizens of the City of Rijeka and the local self-government body that adopts acts within the scope of the City of Rijeka and performs other activities in accordance with the Constitution, law and the Statute of the City of Rijeka. The City of Rijeka has 35 councillors.
    Rijeka peculiarities will be shared with all consortium partners, in fact the city representatives will participate, such as local NGOs and Citizens Organizations, to all international events that the consortium will host.
